
Balsamic Roasted Veggies

Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes, quartered
- 1 bundle asparagus
- 2 tbsp garlic infused oil
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 390 F
- in a large pan, add oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper
- toss in potatoes and cook for 20 minutes
- add asparagus and more oil and cook for another 15 minutes
- season with extra balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper
