Garlic Pasta



Roasted Garlic:

- 6 cloves of garlic, split in half

- oil for drizzling (optional)

- pinch of salt

Sauce:

- roasted garlic

- 3 tbsp vegan parmesan

-2 tbsp lemon juice

- 2 tbsp oil (optional)

- 1 tsp salt

0 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions:

- preheat oven to 400 F and add roasted garlic in a small, oven safe dish

- drizzle with oil and season with salt

- bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway

- add roasted garlic and the rest of the sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (blend longer if using oil)

- pour over freshly cooked pasta

BONUS: sauce can be used on pizzas, garlic bread, or as a dip!
